Both the office staff and the doctors are very nice. I have been going there for the last two years.
I became a patient of Dr. Doyle's in the early 2000's, and always received the best in eye care from her and everyone who has ever been on staff in any capacity at Mid Ohio Eye. She even performed cataract surgery on my left eye, and later, YAG laser capsulotomy to clear film on that replaced lens. More recently, I saw Dr. San Filippo for consultation due to there being suspicion of glaucoma for years, due to several poor results for lower peripheral vision on Visual Field tests. Just last month, I saw Dr. Cockerill for my annual exam and received a new glasses prescription. She, like all the doctors I have seen there, provided outstanding care, time with me and medical guidance.I will close with recognition and tribute to your optician Vince. Over the years, he has provided me with at least 4, or maybe 5 pairs of glasses. He is great at his job in every way, from customer service to knowledge of the field to providing value added with every set of glasses. His professional, respectful, calm demeanor is excellent for all patient interactions. With regard to my newest set of glasses, he went well above and beyond in advocating for me to receive the best possible set of glasses, and receive full value for the price paid. I have used progressive lenses for years now, and when my glasses came back from being made this time, Vince was not happy with the noticeable lines for the transition areas within the lenses. He called me to relate his opinion, and we agreed to have them done again. I did not have to make that trip to the office to have that discussion. I appreciate his strength of conviction for the process being done correctly and concern for my time. Once I sat down with Vince to fit these new glasses, he was, as always, very careful and thorough in getting everything just right.I will be forever grateful to Vince for taking care of me just as well as he would himself. That goes, as well, for all the doctors and staff at Mid Ohio Eye over all these years.I felt it is long overdue for me to express my thoughts and feelings about how utterly positive every visit and interaction has been for me over the past two decades plus.
