It was my first time coming here as a new patient. Dr. Cockerill might be one of the most kind doctors I have ever encountered. I am definitely going to keep seeing her. However, while I was waiting I overheard one of her assistants IN THE LOBBY talking really really loudly about another patient of hers to another doctor. She even started the conversation with "I have to tell you about this weird patient I had." IN THE LOBBY where other patients, including me are listening. I couldn't believe this girl was talking so negatively about a patient in front of patients, or just in general at all. I believe her name was Pia?? She was a nice girl who seemed young and probably just needs to be taught some professionalism.
A smooth and effective experience. I was told about the procedure as a whole and give the time to ask questions. Whole staff was well informed and gave me plenty of time to understand what was going to happen.The procedure went smoothly and I had a great outcome!
