Dr. Vendal and Westlake Eye Specials are highly qualified, excellent professionals and have much knowledge on very specialized areas or eye problems- glaucoma (Dr.Vendal actually did her dissertation papers and much research on glaucoma from the University she attended - in Boston Massachusetts, not sure name but I think Harvard that is their Eye School) She does all kinds of surgery, and I've been her patient about 20 years! She also even worked there in a homeless clinic giving free eye care to people who couldn't afford it. If you have severe dry eyes as a older person, they treat that problem with the latest and best methods I know. She's a very nice, caring human being- I wouldn't go see any body else!

If you are looking for an exceptional eye Doctor that truly cares about the quality of care she provides for her patients, then Dr. Vendal is the one for you !! I woke up with an excruciatingly painful eye infection and contacted her office and they fit me in immediately !! Upon being evaluated by Dr. Zarmeena Vendel, I was impressed by the fact that she took her time with me in the evaluation room. I did not feel like she was rushing me out the door and she made sure I had someone with me to drive me home once I was done. Whats even more amazing, is I received a call from her office the next day to check in with me and make sure I was doing better ! I would recommend Dr. Vendal and this practice to anyone !!
