Although I gave a high rating, Im very disappointed in my last visit.At check in I was giving several forms to complete as if it was my first visit even though I have been a regular patient for 8 years. The waiting area had no place to sit due to the number of people. I had to wait will over an hour before my name was call. My appointment time was at 10:55am. When I saw the Dr it was 12:20pm.This is unacceptable.

I was extremely impressed with the very compassionate efficient care I received. I had many questions and was quite nervous prior to my appointment, but Dr. Vandals assistant, Severa immediately eased my nerves and answered all of my questions prior to me even asking. I met with Dr. Vandal after comprehensive testing of my eyes. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding my diagnosis. Westlake Eye is a fantastic facility in every way. Thank you to the entire team!
