I had an appointment for Lasik and got PKR. I did not know there was two different options, and I have thin corneas. Julie was very thorough with her measurements, consulted with the other doctor, but ultimately it was my decision.I am a WEMT, so I appreciated all the talking through the exam and procedure. They were the type of place that triple checks everything, which was great. I highly recommend Juli Larson, due to her 20 years of experience and her professional manner of treating every patient equally; she probably has explained the procedure one millions times, but she still explained it to me.My only feedback is about logistics: The entire place was very professional. Since I could not drive home, I had to have someone else drive (which was fine). However, they were not allowed to wait in the waiting room; wish they had told me this ahead of time. I had asked a friend for a huge favor to drive me 1 hr to Burlington, wait, and drive me home and they have no where to wait except in their parking lot ahead of time. If I had known this, we could have planned accordingly. The place had no system if you lived by your self and were single.

Incredible experience. Dr. Saipe made sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. He was easy to follow and has a way of making you feel right at home in a short amount of time. The treatment was quick and painless and I'm ecstatic to say that my vision is better than 20/20. I'm so glad that I finally just went ahead and had it done.

If youre getting LASIK or considering getting LASIK, talk to Dr Larson! My experience with her and her team was absolutely phenomenal. I got LASIK surgery this past week and I have only good things to say about her and my whole surgery experience. She talked me through the entire process and throughly answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them). I now have perfect eyesight. Thank you Dr. Larson and team!!!!

Had LASIK eye surgery done by Dr. Larson yesterday morning and I cant say enough good things about her and the entire staff. They made me feel so comfortable and helped calm my nerves! If youre considering the surgery, DO IT! Seconds after completion I was able to see things I hadnt seen naturally since I was 8. After going most of my life not being able to see without glasses or contacts, it was an intensely emotional moment to be able to simply read a clock on the wall or recognize a face passing by. There arent enough thank yous in the world to let Dr. Larson and her team know how grateful I am that they were able to give me a newfound freedom!

From the initial appointment to the cataract surgery on my right eye this office functioned like a team. Everyone I had contact with in the office was kind, courteous and professional.The surgical team, from the person who greeted me at the door to the post op and pre op personnel were outstanding. Sometimes staff does not realize what patients hear. This staff said please and thank you to each other and were willing to help each other out. They treated me and each other with kindness, compassion, courtesy and respect. Simply said, they were wonderful.The same can be said for the anesthesiologist and Dr. Larson. Everyone was willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure that I was at ease.I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing assistance with their eyes.Kathy Simpson
