Eye Center of Middleburg Heights

Ive been going there for 27 years since I moved back to Cleveland and have always been treated wonderfully. My biggest challenge was cataracts. Dr Mike Zgrabik did a fantastic job. Dr Zachary has always done a great job, knowing that Im diabetic, and watching out for those potential issues. Staff is great also,, billing my two insurances.
