It was my first time and Carol made the experience wonderful. She was very professional and yet very kind and I felt comfortable because of her. Meeting Dr Zgrabik was another pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and explained to me what would be happening and what I might expect. Hooray I hit the jackpot!!!!!

The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Mickie was very professional and answered all my questions. Dr Z was very helpful by answering all me questions and explaining the procedure I was going to have.

Always friendly and professional! Mikki was absolutely great today. She was excellent, fast, friendly and very knowledgeable!! Always love Dr. Zgrabik! He's so personable and is excellent in his way with patients.
