Dr. Zaryanov was very thorough and reconstructed my neck after several other doctors blew it off as old age and bone spurs. He performed my 3-level Cervical Fusion and gave me my mobility back. The bonus? A few other health issues were resolved as well. He is thorough, attentive, and most importantly, he listens. I highly recommend this very skilled surgeon.

I owe the quality of life I now enjoy to Dr. Zaryanov. I was thinking my situation was hopeless, but thanks to his 3-level lumbar fusion, I often enjoy many pain free days. Pain is no longer the central focus of my life as it was before. Thank you, Dr Zaryanov!

Dr. Z, Is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor. He cares about whats best for his patients and hes not quick to want to do a surgery without trying other options. My husband and I feel like we have the best Orthopedic in Texas.
