Dr. Zaryanov is the best most knowledgeable spine surgeon i have had the pleasure to come across. He did my 4th back surgery and compared to my other surgeries, i felt 4 times better with his surgery than i have had in previous surgeries. He is a surgeon who has a great bedside manner and hehas a good sense of humor. His technique is fantastic! His staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I was so impressed with Dr. Zaryanov that i would recommend him to anyone that needs spine surgery. His aftercare is also top notch. Out of my 4 surgeries, the one he did (my 4th) i did not ever cry or get teared up from pain. I cried a good amount after each of my 1st three surgeries. If i ever need another back surgery i would go to him and only him. Even if i moved out of state and needed surgery, iwould hitchhike just to have him perform it. Thats how good of a surgeon he is. Like i said...its not just the surgery that was remarkable, but his nurses, his bedside manner and his attention to detail are top notch!! All in all a terrific surgeon and a helluva guy!

Dr Z is a great Dr my son broke his collar bone .he needed surgery he made my son comfortable I really feel he did a great job thank you Dr Z

Dr Zaryanov not only did an amazing job with my spine procedure, his demeanor with patients is 2nd to none. Im amazed at his ability to remember the slightest detail from my first visit; he really cares about you as a person. Never any pressure to do surgery I knew it was more important to him that I was comfortable with the choices we made together for my care. I would recommend him and his office to ANY new patient! I cant praise him enough, he changed my quality of life for the better!

Dr. Zaryanov did an awesome job repairing my knee after severe damage to my Tibia. After what he called one of the worst Tibia breaks he has ever seen I am able to walk with little discomfort 7 months later. (Up to 1 year recovery time.) Also Dr. Z was very accomodating to me for someone who didnt have insurance and working with me on payment options. He surely didnt have to do that and I am grateful for his understanding.
