He is great. Office: My doctor sent referral. Office couldnt find it. Second time. Office couldnt find it. Weeks later, office found one and called me. I was told paper work would be mailed to me so I could arrive with forms all filled. Never came. Form: Silly. I dont know medical history of my grandparents from over a hundred years ago.
