This visit was to address a recurrence of a spinal injury from almost a decade ago. I felt that the nurse and Dr. Wilkins really heard me and wanted to resolve my issues as soon as possible. It was a great comfort knowing that there is an immediate action plan!

Dr. Wilkins, and his staff were friendly and professional and treated me with respect. I appreciated the prompt and professional care given me and thankful for the immaculate waiting and exam rooms which were comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Wilkins attended me almost immediately. When he entered the exam room, he exuded self-confidence and had a warm and comfortable manner about him. He was very friendly. He introduced himself briefly and showed dedication, compassion and excellent skills by the meticulous questions he asked. He provided a first-rate service and gave exemplary care. He spent an appropriate amount of time assessing the causes of my pain and listened carefully to my concerns. At the end of the appointment, he reviewed his assessment and asked if I needed any clarifications. He was very thorough and direct and had clearly stated his treatment plan. Dr Wilkins instilled confidence in me with his self-assuredness and warm manner. I highly recommend him.
