This was my first visit. Other than checking in, the overall experience was excellent.Days prior to my appointment, I was directed to the patient portal to complete all of the initial forms and questionnaires on-line. Upon checking in, I was handed an additional stack of forms, where I found many of the questions to be redundant. 20 minutes later, I was ready to turn in the forms. I found this extremely irritating after spending a solid 45 minutes doing the same thing online after creating an account. They seriously need to get their act together here. To be clear, this is about the process, not people.The staff members were great, and my appointment was close to being on time, which is important when youre taking time off from work. Dr. Berg was excellent. I found him to be very attentive , thorough, and friendly. He took plenty of time to explain everything to me about my situation and next steps, and answered all of my questions. A+

Very professional, very thorough! Very pleasant and courteous. Helped with work ergonomics so much that I havent been injuring my back often like I used to do. I appreciate the extra time she took to help me retrain myself! Kyle was usually my assistant and he is great as well. Thank you all for helping me get better and stronger after surgery. Mixed feelings about graduating from PT! Again, thank you!
