Tristan has been encouraging, explains exercises well and tells me how they can help to strengthen my body to help alleviate the pain. He has kept me on task twice a week for the past month. With his training my pain is much less - no more hot sharp stabbing sensations. Tristan showed me the two best exercises to handle and/or minimize recurrence of pain which has been very helpful, and never lectured me or minimized my efforts. Tristan is a terrific PT and I will recommend him to anyone who needs help.
