While the doctor is great, the office staff is incompetent, at best. They couldn't find my paperwork, lost my information more than once, and did not properly file with my insurance. They didn't even know why I was there. If you can get past their ineptness, Dr. Desai is a good doctor. He listens carefully and will not push to take steps that aren't necessary just so he can cut on you or make more money.

Received two spinal injections. Did not receive full effect until second one. Only lasted two weeks. The physician I saw declined to refer me to a neurosurgeon which this team has. After being evaluated by an outside neurosurgeon, scheduled for fusion.

Dr. Kibuule provided an amazing consultation visit. I was apprehensive at first seeing a Spine Surgeon. However, upon reviewing my x-rays and discussion on my pain levels - Dr. Kibuule asked me to walk various ways in his office, stretch/bend, and determine the proper treatment. Rather than even considering Surgery, Dr. Kibuule suggested Physical Therapy at first, followed by another visit with Dr. Miller 3 weeks out. At that point they would determine the next steps. Very please with Dr. Kibuule's approach not considering immediate Surgery. No need to look elsewhere for any other Surgeon at this point. Tommy Kulpa, McKinney Texas

Spinal Injections only lasted a couple of weeks each. Didnt get full effect until second one. Declined to refer to a neurosurgeon. Once re-evaluated by a neurosurgeon, scheduled for fusion since vertebrae were degenerated.
