Spine Team Texas in Rockwall left a great first impression. The scheduling was great. Check-in is easy. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I honestly felt very uneasy about going in because my previous doctor seemed a little dismissive of my back pain. Dr. Embabi was very detailed. He displayed my x-ray and MRI and showed me the source of my pain. He offered possible remedies to help. Amazing place.

This was my first ever nerve test. When I arrived the front desk lady greeted me and was very professional. I was taken back to a room with another young lady. Shortly, Dr Tran arrived and she explained the process before, during, and after she gave me her oral findings. She had good manners. The place is very clean which is what I look for.

The visit with Dr. Lam was for my mother's low back and hips. He was caring, efficient, and made it easy for us to understand the issues that were causing her pain. One thing that I appreciated that I don't see mentioned is how time conscious Dr. Lam is. I have never been to a doctors office where there was virtually no wait time. As soon as we arrived into the clinic the check in process was smooth and within minutes his MA called us back. She asked additional questions and then proceeded to get an x-ray. As soon as that was complete he was in the room ready to discuss with us, truly unheard of at a doctors office. He will be getting high recommendations from my family and I!
