Dr. Reeves and his staff are always friendly and efficient. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room at the Alliance or Southlake facilities. The surgical staff makes it a pleasure to actually have procedures done! Its so worth the extra drive time for me!

Had my initial appt with Dr. Tran. She was thorough, compassionate, explained what she saw or didnt see on the radiology exams. I found that too be very helpful. She explained more of what I had good with my spine, not all bad. She was quick to offer relief! Meaning she HEARD me when I said I had already done the physical therapy and it didnt help. I had already tried the muscle relaxers but I have to be on-call and cant be drowsy. She actually listened and gave me real options! I am thankful for that! Also to add, the staff is incredibly nice. I spoke to 2 front office ladies at check in, a radiology tech that took me back and performed xrays, a nurse that did initial assessment before Dr. Tran came in, a scheduler to schedule my procedures after, and financial services at check out for copayment. Plenty of chances to meet a bad apple, but no - I had an amazing experience there! Thank you!

Met Dr. Reeves for the first time. He was very personal and upbeat and assured me he could help with my back pain. He then described his approach: get an MRI; determine the exact source of the pain; prescribe solution.
