Annette has been so patient with me regarding my pain and soreness questions, as well as modifying my stretches. Anytime I called , she returned my call the same day. She has been very thorough in explaining my nerve pain after surgery and worked with me to subside pain. I've already recommended a new patient to spine team to her!

Check in staff was rude and unprofessional but nurse and Dr were great. I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and the Filipina lady kept making a big deal that I did not have my insurance card or paperwork. I emailed my card and the referral already provided this info. She acted as if it was so hard. Then she was talking to another patient and was confirming my information with the other patient.

Came here yesterday for the first time then came back today to pick up copies of my X-rays. The two girls that work up front are about as welcoming and friendly as a couple of coffin nails. Dr. Cooper seemed pretty good. He was nice, but like many doctors, I couldn't really tell if he was actually attentively listening to what I was trying to tell him or just going through the motions. Then the young lady scheduled the MRI and my next appointment...meh. The lady who finally checked me out when I left was the actual first genuinely friendly person I encountered. Kudos to her for shining some good attitude in this misery pit. <br><br>If you are coming to a spine specialist, you are likely in some kind of significant pain or discomfort. Having a friendly welcoming staff would be helpful. I am not going to say that anyone was rude, but just complete disinterest and a look that says 'I would rather be anywhere else other than here with you miserable people'. That was just my impression. Not a terrible experience, just an observation of the visible attitude of much of this office.
