I have worked with Tristan over the past 18 months on a variety of muscle and nerve related pain issues. He has been able to reduce and eliminate the pain while designing stretching and strength building programs to maintain pain free movement. Very satisfied.

Pain in back of neck sometimes going to top of head accompanied by Giddiness and nausea.Doctor gave a good analysis, recommended current treatment and an MRI for further investigation.

Theresa, was so very helpful in providing the instructions that I needed, so that I was able to accomplish each of the procedures that has brought my physical strength and Lower back movement abilities back without any residual pain. Theresas understanding of my specific Required therapy exercises and Her presentation techniques made my recovery and renewed movement so stress free I looked forward to my personal non instructional exercise routines, almost as much as the instructor lead sessions.My personal thanks to the Spine Team and Theresa for my great return to movement and health. But of course I will and would recommend your team to anyone that would ask who helped in my recovery, especially Theresa Adams-Brooks.
