Everything was good. Fast and timely. I did not care for the accounting though. I would call and couldnt reach anyone at the extention provided when you call no one returns your call.

Dr. Patel and his team did an amazing job with my ALIF surgery. I was in terrible pain prior to surgery. The first day post op, my pain was totally and has remained gone for 12 months post op. If you have back or sciatic pain, I strongly recommend the team at Spine Team Texas Southlake and surgeon Dr. Neil Patel.

I recently had an EMG with Dr. Donnelly-Straach. I was very impressed as she walked in the room. She was friendly and introduced herself, unfortunately, not all providers even introduce themselves anymore. She made an anxiety-provoking procedure fun yes, fun. It hurt but because she explained everything what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, the anxiety and pain were overcame by her friendliness and professionalism. Her smile was tenacious, her explanations of the results made me feel at ease. I left the office with joy, and of course, the front desk receptionists were so helpful before and after the EMG.Thank you, Julie and the other receptionist, Edwin, Dr. Donnelly-Straach, for a wonderful experience in your office last week.
