Excellent appointment on all counts. 1`. Doctor was ON Time in my treatment door. 2. Dr, Platon listened intently to my issue. 2. He offered two options as to the cause of my pain issue. 3. I listened to his analysis of what I had tried to tell him and he understood. 4. He offered treatment option for that visit that I had hoped would be offered. 5. Treatment was done and completed in my treatment room. 6. I left grateful for the relief that I had been told were possible. 7 In the 2 weeks since the treatment my pain has dropped from a #9 pain to only occasional feeling at about level 3. 8. Next step is to do the PT work in this office which will continue to resolve the nerve pain. This was a Total rating of 10 for all of the above.

It was my first time at the clinic in Rockwall. I was referred by my PCP. I arrived on time and completed my paperwork online. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested and waited 40 minutes in the lobby. The facility was clean and appropriately decorated. I was escorted back by an attendant in a trainee. They were very polite and got right to work. The x-ray tech was fabulous, she was funny and kind. After being escorted back to my room Dr. Cooper came in approximately 10 minutes later. He was professional, polite and conversational. He got right to work. He listened to my plight and answered the questions I came in with. After his analysis he exited the room and the nurse came in to give me a survey. I did however think he was going to return to continue our conversation. I had newly formed questions after his analysis. Ill send them through the portal because I still need answers.
