    Dr. Miller and his staff were courteous, efficient, and dealt effectively with my issues. Dr. Miller and I discussed a plan for going forward and he listened to my suggested timeframe and we reached a mutual agreement for PT and revisiting issue . I was very impressed.

    Markus always tries to find an answer and never dismisses my questions as irrelevant or unimportant. If something doesnt help, he will always try to find something else that will. In other words, he doesnt give up and tell me there isnt a solution until he tries everything which might possibly help. He understands that I have been living with back and hip pain for almost two years now and genuinely wants to find something that will help ease it and instead of just prescribing another pill.

    Testing the nerves in my feet and legs requires a process that can be a little painful but she was so compassionate and helped me through it. Guess Im a big baby! The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I couldnt get a report printed or verbal about the results except that I didnt have neuropathy. Thats what I was in there to check but I was told there was a problem in my back causing the numbness possibly. I thought she was gonna come back after I got dressed and talk with me, that was my misunderstanding. Overall everyone was very nice and helpful. Just wish I couldve got direct information instead of it going to the doctor that referred me.

    I came in with sciatica and a pain level between 5 6. Katie took copious note of the effected area and put together a plan to address the problem. Before and after each session we discussed how I was feeling and the progress I was making. After the 1st two weeks the pain level was down to a 2. I had a minor setback in week 3 and Katie readjusted my workouts. Heading into week 4 the issue was resolved. Each session she added more workouts to the schedule always discussing everything with me. By the end of week 6 NO MORE PAIN. She is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring. I highly recommend Katie, she is simply the best.
