Tristan really listens and considers the whole picture of what causes my pain and how each exercise contributes to relief. He is very kind and considerate, and if an exercise causes discomfort, he has alternative exercises to accomplish my goals. If I require further therapy, I will request to see Tristan.

Very professional and friendly staff. However, on two separate occasions within the past month they informed me of participants with a procedure that I was going to have that did not accept insurance, and that I would therefore need to pay for their services out of pocket. The first was for the anesthesiologist for my cortisone injection. The second time, they told me I would have to pay for the physician's assistant out of pocket for an upcoming surgery. I cancelled the surgery. We pay too much money for our health insurance only to be told by a provider that our insurance doesn't cover certain participants of procedures or surgeries. I found another provider that is fully covered for my needs. (The Carrell Clinic is amazing).Update: Run away from this place. Their billing department is truly the most condescending and rude department I've ever worked with.
