People were nice, friendly, waiting on me when I got there. The place was clean and looked good. The Doctor was efficient and nurses and they took tests were knowledgeable made sure you were taken care of. If you need to see someone else they would make the arrangements and help you out, to find out what is going on with you.

All the staff there are so very very nice and they make you feel like family not just a case and I have been going to them for over five years and they have never changed in the way they treat me. I love them all.

Dr. Berg was attentive and patient. He addressed all my concerns and I never felt like he was trying to rush off to another patient. I was very eased with my visit and physical therapy was recommended.. Time will tell PT will resolve my back issues.

Doctor was open, friendly and informative. I enjoyed the visit. Procedure was relatively painless with only very mild discomfort. The assistant was polite, the only thing I didnt care for when I asked the assistant if they had a different size shorts, because the waist looked too small and I was concerned they wouldnt fit, she said no that they usually fit. I commented that I was surprise they didnt carry larger sizes for plus size people. The size was one size L to XL. The response was I could reschedule my appointment and bring my own shorts if I wanted to. It was not said in a hateful tone just as a direct comment. I honestly dont believe they meant to be rude but it was a bit off putting. Other than that one small thing it went great! The shorts fit but were tight in the waist. I wear a 1 X, so I have to wonder what they do when a really large person comes in. All in all it was a very minor thing but the probably could have been said in a different way.
