After being taken to the exam room I waited 45 min. for the Dr. to arrive. I understand that each patient takes a different amount of time to examine, and utilize "bed side manner" issues with a lot of patients as this IS a Back Pain specialist and there are a LOT of patients on Mondays. Taking into consideration of the previous sentence I am satisfied with the care that I received. The Dr. took as much time with me as he needed to ensure that I would have a successful experience and outcome of the visit.

I got in and went back quickly. Once in the back they got me prepped for the procedure quickly and were able to ease my mind over everything. IVs really freak me out but I hardly even noticed them putting it in which was fantastic! I was nervous about going into the room for the procedure but they quickly got me into position and before I could start to wonder what was next I was waking up back in recovery. IV was removed before I woke up so that was also great! Very quick and efficient group of people there that work with my nervousness

He was concerned with my back problems and took great care in discussing my options for pain relief. answered all of my questions. stall was really helpfuss and went out of there way to help. Great visit.
