Outstanding Care Via Healthgrades - Dr. Richard McPherson

First...I got an appointment within 3 days as a new patient on a self referral!! Finally, someone who understands the pain and frustration of persistent back pain. I walked in with no records and just my description of my pain and previous treatment. X-rays were taken and within a very reasonable time I was describing my case to Dr. McPherson who was taking copious notes. As we talked he referred me to my x-rays and pointed out where a particular problem was based. With my medical records from my previous physician's office enroute Dr. McPherson ordered an MRI and a prescription (not an opioid!) to reduce the immediate flare-up of pain and a two week return visit to review MRI and, hopefully my medical records from across country. From the phone attendants, to the front office, to Shannon ("my" medical assistant), the x-ray tech Stephanie, and Dr. McPherson I say "Job well done"!! You were all engaged and on task and I appreciate it!

Dr. Donnelly is very engaging; she made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to provide the essential information needed. She is very thorough, knowledgeable. Most importantly I liked how she approached me and just loved her pleasant demeanor throughout the visit. She allowed me to ask questions and she responded so I understood and could further ask more questions. Her showed me my x-ray and explained what the problems were. It was a very comprehensive visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Donnelly.

My entire visit was impressive from meeting the office staff to the medical assistant and radiology tech and finally Dr. Berg. I was approached by a welcoming, caring team. A well-oiled machine if you will. I walked away feeling my concerns were heard and a thoughtful plan of care was initiated. Thank you, Dr. Berg & team. Im looking forward to my next visit!
