Dr Bauerenfeind is very good at his profession, however he needs to be a little more personal. He didnt even shake my hand or ask me anything re: my personal life. Not that he has to but it sure would make the experience a little more bearable.

He did not discuss what he was doing, the whys or even the results. These EMG, NCSs are not accurate because of 1) variations in doing the test (no standards) 2) wide interpretations of findings by whom ever is doing the test.

I was seeing the doctors at this location for the last 6 months and today I call to schedule an appointment and they informed me I can no longer see then due to a workers comp injury I had in 2019 with my ankle. Apparently its a new policy. So now I have to find a new team of doctors and start all over again. I really like the team I already had and dont know if Ill find a better one or even as good as yall. I really dont think yalls new policy should effect current patients.

Dr Miller was very diligent and thorough. He listened carefully and answered all concerns. He went over all the details and pain management ways for disc degeneration.However the front desk and scheduling staff was very unprofessional and lacked empathy. They really put us through lot of unnecessary trouble over billing and insurance and did not cooperate at all.I will be going back to see Dr Miller for his professional expertise but the office staff really needs training.
