Our visit to the core was our first time. I was impressed the minute we walked into the building. Plenty of staff, no waiting, friendly and efficient. Meeting Dr. Mayuran was a pleasant and very reassuring visit. We talked about the issues I had and he was very confident about how we would fix the issues I have.

I waited a long time for him to get to me, well after my appointment time. He was not friendly at all and didn't seem to care about me and my concerns. He did not explain ell the images that were just taken and the MRI I brought for his review. I felt very unimportant to him. I would have liked for him to show me more clearly what the MRI was revealing about my problem and my pain.
