I was in a car accident. The ER doc at LPMC said that I should follow up with an orthopedist. I contacted them but was told they did not treat people who had been injured in an auto accident and they did not do third party billing. I told them I would be paying cash up front and there would be no third party billing. They again said they do not treat people that have been involved in auto accidents as there is too much litigation. Seriously? I can't really comment on their service -- they wouldn't even spend 60 seconds on the phone with me.

Took my dad to see Dr Rothbart. He was very professional and recommended surgery. Surgery was performed and my dad was completely pain free immediately. We were EXTREMELY happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr Rothbart. My dad was so happy to be out of pain. Dr Rothbart is not warm, fuzzy and full of hugs, but rather he is professional and business like and when it comes to surgery he is awesome.

If you like the assembly line system of treating patients then you will really like the Spine Team. The receptionist was rude and curt. Their policy for timeliness is extremely stringent however, they don't mind wasting your time (I was early for my appointment but waited 45 minutes). Dr. Rothbart had little interest in listening to my complaints and medical history. He had his mind made up what course of treatment I needed within the 10 minutes he spent with me. I agreed to some non-invasive tests however, I will take my time deciding on which doctor to use.
