I waited 1.5 hours to see Dr. Rothbart. Instead, I saw a PA, who was very cold and a bit unorganized. I ended up seeing Dr. Rotherbart for about 2 mins and was told that I'm not a candidate for surgery and therefore there is nothing that can be done for me. When I asked about alternative treatments I got a big - nope. I'm 29 and I refuse to take pain pills for the rest of my life, which is the treatment prescribed. There has to be an alternitive. Dr. Rothbart made me feel like I was wasting his time and had no empathy. I understand he's knowledgable but he definately didn't want to help explain anything to me.

This Dr. is very cold and very rude. I waited 1.5 hours to see him and got about 60 seconds of face time. He came in said that he reviewed my MRI and Xray and that I don't need surgery and there is nothing he can do for me. I should just keep taking my pain meds. To that I asked, "Why are my arms numb then?" I was told that it just happens sometimes and that it's normal. I'm 29 - it's not normal. He then walked about and left me just sitting there confused. I had to actually walk out of the room and go find a nurse to ask if I was done. They forgot I was even there. Then when I got my paperwork he had add a diagnoses, depression. He never even mentioned that. How could he determine I'm depressed when he spent 60 seconds with me and never asked me any questions. I'm not depressed or on ANY Rx's other than pain meds. How in the world could take diagnoses be made? There are plenty of other Dr. out there, don't chance it with his guy.
