Dr. Desai has an excellent bedside manner. First thing I noticed about him. He seems to really listen. I've been seeing him for a couple of years and highly recommend him.

While the dr.'s are great, I agree with other reviews that the staff is one of the worst I've dealt with in a dr.'s office. They sent labs to the wrong lab and left my family to foot the $1200 bill (would've been free if sent to the correct lab and around $300 had they sent the proper documentation to the lab.. too late to do anything about that now). They blame everyone but themselves and have even flat out lied about what the lab has said (I've spoken to the lab and they provided documentation). We were told my one staff member they would help resolve the issue only to be talked down to by other staff members. Nice. As other reviewers have said, it really is all about the money and its no skin off their back when their mistakes cost their patients hundreds of dollars.

Too many bad experiences and my limit is 1000 characters. I will never recommend this team of doctors or their staff. Worst experience of my life. July to August, no positive results.

He looks super young but he is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Offered alternatives to help with pain other than narcotics. Feel much better and no longer foggy headed from meds!
