Lost in the numbers~I did not realize the sheer numbers of clients this company does. While in the waiting room for my third epidural recovery (5 months after surgery) for a procedure " You can walk from," it seemed almost every 15 minutes somebody else was getting rolled out from the procedure room.Minus 1st- From procedure to physical therapy (6 weeks). No expectations set, diagrams or directions on how to do essential functions. Anywhere from using the bathroom, how to sit up so you can stand or how to dress.Minus 2nd- All follow-ups visits from post-surgery are not from a smooth-talking surgeon but a choice of physician assistants. Minus 3rd- Spine Team insists you don't use other physical therapists outside of "Spine team," the problem is they DONT communicate with each other unless they look at notes online.Minus 4th- Following up with clients. If they need to see you, they decline your prescription refills, yet don't have the courtesy to call you.Minus 5th- Billing department is chaotic and rude. They don't post payments made and are short with you and lack any empathy if you are suffering from a lot of pain.

Sheila Medina pulled up a chair and spent no less than 45 minutes with me covering every single aspect of my situation. She made me feel as though I was the only patient she had that day. Couldn't have been more pleased with her concern and attention toward why I was there. This day and age, having someone truly listen to you and not check their watch every three minutes is amazing. I'm grateful for her dedication to making me feel better.
