I was lucky and was in and out in 20 minutes. All professionals were helpful and kind; seemed to do their jobs well. Dr Xia was friendly and informative.

I was referred to Dr Xia by my primary eye doctor, for evaluation of sudden headache visual impairment. Dr. Xia was extremely kind, compassionate, thorough, pleasant professional. She explained everything in great detail answered all of my questions concerns. In addition, her office staff are equally kind, knowledgeable efficient. Im so thankful I was referred to her I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Xia is very caring and goes out of her way to make her patients feel they are in good hands. Unfortunately, at my third visit I did wait close to an hour before being seen by technicians. My other 2 visits ran much smoother. The staff I met with were pleasant to deal with which is something I always look for.

Dr. Xia listened carefully to me; explained specifically what she found, proposed to do, and the results she was looking for; and repeatedly asked if I had any questions, which she answered. Less important, but appreciated, I did not have to wait beyond my appointment time.
