The office staff is competent, kind and attentive. Dr Xia always take the time to explain everything very calmly and simply. I always feel that when she makes recommendations for treatment, they are always done with my best interests as the priority. I have never had to wait long to be seen, but at the same time, I never feel rushed. There is a perfect balance.

All the professionals in the office as well as Dr.Xia were very nice, informative and helpful. My issue was solved with speed and accuracy.

Dr. Xia was very patient with me and asked me many times if I had any questions as to what she was explaining to me. She did not rush me out at all.
