Dr. Shiffle was terrific! Although I heard and witnessed ridiculous wait times with other physicians in the group, my experience was terrific. The whole group, anesthesiologist, nurses, phlebotomist, receptionist were all 100%. And I dont believe in giving 5 stars, in general.I was extremely nervous for the first eye, but I was just dozing away while waiting for surgery on my second eye. I would give them 5 stars even if I had to wait.Skilled and personable
