Dr Rapoza is very capable, caring and kind. My cataract surgery was successful and my vision was immediately improved. I appreciated him not pushing expensive lenses that I did not need but that another practice advocated. The waiting time at OCB is at least an hour but that is not Dr Rapozas fault, its OCB and their scheduling department. I would give more than 5 stars if I could
