Doctor Shiple has performed three procedures for me. I think hes great. I feel lucky to have been referred to him. He has always demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a willingness to listen. He has a wonderful team who are very attentive and capable.I know the patient/physician relationship is different with each person, but honestly, with the positive experiences Ive had, I cant understand a few of these negative reviews. I have decades of customer service experience. Ive had my share of demanding situations. Im not saying its the case here, but I do feel there are those for whom one just cant come to terms with. This is a highly specialized field, which presents the possibility of varying outcomes. Im not sure some patients truly accept that. Experiences are influenced by all parties involved and can never be attributed to one person. Nothing I have personally experienced can remotely resemble some of the poorer reviews.
