I believe Dr. Lane has a great reputation and I don't have an issue with the quality of her care. I had an appointment recently and waited an hour. Staff came in and out of the waiting room, but there were no updates that Dr. Lane was running late. Staff, would you please keep patients updated on the status of their appointment? If I knew I had to wait so long, I would have rescheduled. When I originally went to the exam room, I was told that it shouldn't be long before Dr. Lane got there. When Dr. Lane finally came in, after being an hour late, there was no apology and no acknowledgement of the time I spent waiting. I know things happen and I'm a very patient person, but by the time I finally saw her, I was frustrated, angry and felt taken advantage of. A few minor changes in procedure and protocol would have made all the difference.

Extremely methodical, knowledgeable in his practice and flexible with regard to patient needs. The results of his work are exceeding my expectations (and I grew up with a father who was an optometrist who always refracted my vision to 20/15).

Kate is a doctor who is willing to take the time to communicate with you regarding every aspect of every procedure from beginning to end so that you completely understand everything that is going to happen. She is very patient and truly listens. This allowed me to feel comfortable and know that I was truly being cared for, and that I mattered. Kate is a very kind and genuine person. I highly recommend her.

My first appointment went well. I went back for a check up and after waiting 1-1/4 hours and four changes of room the aide said I was the next patient. She laughed that we were playing musical chairs and I said I just wanted to see the Dr. as I had another appointment to go to. Another 15 minutes and I left. They did call to see if I was coming back. :( Bad when early apt and they could not tell me if he had an emergency or was just backed up with too many apts.
