Dr. Shipple and staff are wonderful. I was apprehensive about having surgery but it was an easy process and I felt well taken care of. They are available for any follow up concerns which are addressed immediately. Best of all, I can see the world again!

Cataract surgery results have been great. He is a skilled surgeon. His staff are very friendly and responsive. His doctor to patient rapport is lacking, however. It does feel a bit like a surgery warehouse, but his skill made me overlook the lack of rapport/patient relationship.

The aspect I am most impressed with is the organization throughout the process with mailing of folders of information both before the consult and before the procedure. Lots of information about what to expect and what to do after the surgery. Everything is very well orchestrated.
