My ophthalmologist recommended Dr. McCormick for my cataract surgery. All the nurses and the doctor were professional and caring. Directions for care after surgery were very clear.. I would recommend Dr. McCormick to family and friends.

Recently had cataracts removed from both eyes and new toric lenses implanted to relieve my astigmatism. First eye went from 20/50 to 20/20. Just finished my second eye yesterday and it looks as good as my first eye. Extremely knowledgable doctor and is very good at explaining what needs to take place and the posibilities needed to be considered. The medical surgery staff at Hinesburg road is top notch and a well oiled machine. Compassionate, fun and caring. Would recommend to anyone needing cataract surgery. Every patient is different so ask your questions and be informed.

I felt very at ease with the staff. They were very informative regarding the eye procedure that I was going to have and Dr. Shiple was excellent with his explanation of the procedure and what to expect post-surgery. I have recommended Dr. Shiple to a friend of mine. Their family member will be needing cataract surgery as well.

Dr. McCormick recently conducted cataract removals from both eyes, one operation a week apart from the second. I barely felt anything during the process and thought it remarkable for the speed and efficiency. The opthalmology staff at Timberlane was terrific, as well. AND my vision seems a miracle, now, without glasses.
