Dr. Shiple should not be practicing medicine of any sort.He seemed reluctant to address my vision issues if they in any way deviated from his comfort zone. He failed to follow through with a consultation (with another physician to clarify possibly-connected issues), requiring two phone calls from me and one from the referring optometrist to initiate the first letter of inquiry (he'd stated specifically that it would be written and sent within the next few days. The actual conversation with the physician didn't happen until it was clear that the deflective "let's try this first" debacle -- which the referring optometrist characterized as "counterintuitive" -- failed excruciatingly, and he seemed to mischaracterize that conversation, not knowing that I had previously discussed it with the physician in question.His office visits were interminable, the first over two hours and the second nearly as long; his explanations were both condescending and rote (he gave the same descriptions nearly word for word, based on identical tests performed - and undoubtedly charged for - on both occasions.It was clear to me that he never intended to perform the procedure necessary, and that the second visit was a prime example of patient-milking.I found him contemptible. The other doctors in this practice seem, from these reviews, to be competent. Avoid this one like Covid.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. McCormick to my family and friends . I've been a patient of Dr. McCormick's for close to a decade and always have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and empathic. He is clear and concise when discussing things and making a recommendation. Dr. McCormick recently performed corneal surgery very successfully for me.

ABSOLUTELY!! He's a miracle worker!! His staff is always very friendly and caring and I like that they call to find out how I'm doing with my eyes. My whole experience was positive!

After a very trying day at the mohs office, to arrive at dr lanes office was a breath of fresh air. She immediately made me relax and comfortable and extremely confident about her repair. All dealings with her office staff were very professional and pleasant.
