I was 15 Minutes late because of traffic on I85 and Dr. Bradford refused to see me! I could have understood if I had been an hour late but 15 minutes. Gee but 15 minutes!

Service was good but the receptionists were extremely rude and talking about people in front of their faces. Very disrespectful!

This is my second review. Plan to spend more than one or two hours there. The last visit took three hours. The previous visit Dr. Swan was two and a half hours LATE for my apt. Next time I will allow a thirty minute wait then leave!

My appointment was ay 2pm. I had to wait until 4:40 before I was able to see Dr. Swann. Nobody should ever have to wait 2 1/2 hours to see their doctor.Also, Dr. Swann asked the nurse to find my record of having lasik surgery over 20 years ago. This is just a reminder that he needs that record for my appointment on May 23d. I wasn't advised that this surgery may result in reduced distance vision because I had lasik surgery in the past. I would have postponed cataract surgery.John Hall
