Dr. Weiss is outstanding. He may not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you what's best and what is realistic. He is very conscious of managing expectations and does not rush the process at all. I am very lucky to have found a Dr. like him. Unfortunately Taylor at the check-out desk does not carry the same integrity or care. She literally threw her pen at the desk when she was done with me and barked at me when the card reader was still beeping & I couldn't see where the pens were. No greeting, no thank you for payment. Clearly whatever she was going through had nothing to do with me but extending a little grace & courtesy when a patient's eyes are freshly dilated & they are wearing a new prescription so can't really see yet would make for a better payment experience. Despite this experience, the lovely lady who checked me in & Dr. Weiss's expertise will keep me a loyal patient!

I just recently went to this eye doctor and my experience was great. With covid protocols in place I felt safe as well as taken care of. It was fast and easy for my checkup. I also picked out a great pair of glasses, they have a lot to choose from!!! I would recommend checking them out.

I want to commend Dr. Pedersen for taking a 4 am phone call on my eye issue. She was very meticulous in educating me and she has a great bedside manner over the phone and via texting. Make an appointment with her she will take care of you!

The entire staff was incredible. From going the extra mile in working with insurance to walking through next steps for treatment, a great experience.
