My 93-year-old mom got an eye exam when I was not with her. Days later, when I was trying to order her glasses from a place across town, we ran into confusion over her prescription and what kind of glasses would be best for her. I had to call Milwaukee Eye Care twice. Each time I called, I was able to reach a live person who answered my questions in detail. I think his name was Gabriel (?). Having this help was instrumental to us solving the issue and getting my mom taken care of. I can't thank you enough!
