It's always a long wait. Ordinarily, I would not care that much but during the pandemic, I'd rather not wait. I asked if I could wait in my car and they said no, that I was the next patient and I would be called back quickly. I was called back quickly but then after I saw the tech, I waited an hour for the doctor. I know it takes 20 minutes for the eyes to dilate but it does not take an hour.

I've been coming here for years and always had a great experience. Although the last few times I've been in there's always miss communication between the front desk and myself. I ordered colored contacts last week and was told they were in today. When I picked them up they were wrong and were never ordered, I'm very annoyed!

I have been here twice for an annual eye check. The staff and doctors are nice and do a good job. Just be prepared to wait for a long time in the waiting area and to be seen. No matter what time my appointment is on any given day, I have had to wait 40-60 minutes to be taken back for the initial exam and then even more to see the actual doctor. Like I said, they are great to work with as far as personal treatment and such, but have no consideration for your time. They are apparently more important and must double schedule or not schedule long enough appointments to accommodate the actual time it takes to see each person.

I have several family members who visit this office, and every one of them, every appointment takes hours. I currently have been in the waiting room 45 minutes, and I know from experience that once we get in a room we will wait that long or more. Once it was because they were learning an electronic record system. Once because someone was out ill. Always a reason. If you really like them, endure the wait. If you just need a routine eye exam, find someone more efficient.
