I have been visiting this store for the last few years and generally have great opinion on the store. Recently, there was a certain billing issue which I reported. The store manager (Nikki) looked in to it right away and resolved the issue in 24 hours to my satisfaction. I would go back here surely

Mann , everything about my experience at my visit was perfect! Dr. Binder was very thorough and went over everything with me from my exam to the overall experience was so much better than what I have come across at other Eye Center Places (Ill leave out there name). I have a dry eye issue and the medication that was prescribed to me at another Eye Center is not what I needed after Dr. Binder explained to me about dry eye vs. inflammation of the eye. He suggested that I give iVIZIA a try and see if it makes a difference and if it does thats great and if it doesnt I can come back and well discuss the next steps. I just really appreciate his honesty and him not wanting to slap a band-aid on it and send me off. Hes very professional, patient, kind, honest and efficient and Im just glad that I found Mann Eye Institute and a great Eye Doctor! I would highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs! The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and Nikki could do her job blind folded! I mean that in the nicest way...shes quick, thorough, easygoing, patient and has you all checked out before you know it! I tried on a lot of glasses and even though she had some other people to attend too after me she didnt rush me she made me feel like I was important and her only client and I didnt need to hurry. Shes helpful in giving her honest feedback on what looks better on you and shes measuring you and plugging in all the information and it all goes so quickly and after youve made your decision on what your going with and in my case it was glasses and sunglasses - she gives you your information and what your insurance covers and then paperwork and her business card and lets you know about when your glasses might be ready and if you have any further questions to please feel free to call her! I just appreciate how kind she is even though I was somewhat unsure on what to go with but she made my decision easier with her honest opinion! And Im happy with what I picked out! Shes the best! This was my first visit at Mann Eye and I have got to say it was by far the best optometrist appointment I have had in a very long time!!! Not only is the staff very welcoming and friendly, but very personable as well!!And it is the first time in a very long time that I really felt comfortable and confident with my eye doctor!!And at 65 years old, thats saying something !!

Dr. Binder and his staff are professional, punctual, and efficient. I dont have to wait for my appointments. The equipment is state of the art. This makes it less likely to have your eyes dilated or to have an error in your prescription. Easy to get an appointment. Just had cataract surgery and am pleased with the process and the results.
