Having had annual eye exams for the past several decades, Ive had my fair share of optometrists. Some wanted to sell services not needed, some were rude, most were decent, and a few were outstanding. However, for the last several years I have had my eyes examined at Mann Eye Institute, Tomball location. The services provided from the receptionist, technicians and eyewear specialist was exacting. Always greeted with a smile, some remember me from year to year. With that said, the optometrist, Louis Binder is hands down the best I have ever had. Yes, he reviews the pictures taken of my eyes with me, compares them to the previous year, discusses the health of my eyes, and answers any questions, but he goes beyond that, way beyond that. He exhibits a true admiration and happiness with his chosen profession, and for Mann Eye Institute. He enjoys those he comes in contact with, and it is apparent his staff looks up to him. But what is most noteworthy is his desire to get it right, to get it perfect each and every time, no matter what it takes to do such. And as I have been in a career that requires outstanding eyesight, he has provided me with such as no one ever has before.

Following my Cataract surgery 3 weeks ago, Dr. Binder has been examining and evaluating my vision at follow up visits.......and he is one of the best! Dr. Binder is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and conducts very thorough examinations. Plus, hes funny, very approachable and a really down-to-earth nice guy. The staff at the Tomball office are all exceptionally well qualified, very professional and super nice. Management there needs a little credit for running a really good practice. Kudos to all the folks there!!!

Sandra at Mann Eye in Tomball has gone above and beyond to help me with an insurance issue. Sandra has followed up with me so many times that we are now quite acquainted! I was treated with kindness and respect and Sandra was very patient with me in getting my issue resolved to my satisfaction.
