Made an appointment for the same day with no problem. From front office to the Doctor everyone was professional and very friendly. brThis is my new go to eye doctor.

My initial visit was a 5 star. There was an incident with one of their front desk staff and she was pretty rude! Hard to forget. Imbrsure it was corrected, because another person called me to assist. brbrI had my first eye exam here early this year, and I was hesitate with the prescription. I was told to bring in my previous rx to compare it. Took them forever to get that situated. Trying to call my last eye center was a complete mess. I think this institute is better off doing complicated procedures and eye surgeries than the annual eye exam. Which is great for the ones who need that kind of service. For the most part--- they are friendly. Just that one gal turned my service elsewhere. brbrAnyways, to make a long story short. I wont be coming back for annual exams. Its a very nice office...its Market Street! Cant expect anything less.

Overall good service only issue was my appointment was for 1:15pm but wasnt seen until 1:40.
