Facility was very nice. Staff very attentive and thorough in the tests that were needed to evaluate my condition. I met with one doctor and understood the whole surgical procedure. Very thorough, I had no questions. Only reason not 5 star is out of pocket costs.

The customer services was exceptional from the moment I approached the front desk. The optometric technician was so friendly and conversational, I thought she wan a favorite auntie. Dr. Janes was very patient and informative. He took the time to ensure that I understood everything that was going on with my eyes and what may happen in the future. By far, Dr. Janes is the best optometrist Ive had.
