I recently had LASIK surgery at Mann Eye Institute, and I can't express enough how pleased I am with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the facility impressed me with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere.The front desk staff, Ashley and Francesca, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, which helped ease any nerves I had about the procedure.Jahlisa, my counselor, was another standout. She took the time to explain the LASIK process in detail, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warm demeanor really made a difference in my experience.Dr. Wright is a fantastic surgeon! He took the time to discuss my vision goals and laid out a clear plan tailored to my needs. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, and I felt reassured knowing I was in such skilled hands.I also want to give a special shout-out to Gina, the optician. She helped save me over $400 by just repairing my old glasses to hold me over as I prepared for my LASIK. I would have purchased a new pair of glasses that I would only be using for 5 days. I truly appreciated her expertise and kindness this truly shows that they care about their patients.The results have been life-changing! I can confidently say that the clarity of my vision has improved immensely. I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone considering LASIK. I felt rushed or my questions were aggravating the doc, and didn't fully understand the necessity or prognosis of deciding to get procedure done...felt like there was a personality clash between myself and the doc...the office called me back, and did apologize, and stated they do not wish to reflect my perception of not caring for their patients concerns, and also said their doctor doesn't wish to project apathy for what the patients think or feel.
