I had an awesome experience at this location and the staff was amazing! Dr. Burr took her time answering my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The staff took care of me from the time I walked in the door. Melody and Jamie at the front desk, were amazing. They checked me in, had all of my paperwork ready and guided me through the Q&A process as this was my first visit. Kenneth was very kind and answered all of my questions as he took my exams. He was very patient with me to ensure that my vision was precise throughout the testing process. Dr. Burr was very transparent with me about what was best for me long term and I appreciated that. I had LASIK in 2001 and my vision is not as clear anymore. Once finished, I sat with Ayesha and was fitted for new glasses. They had a nice selection and she took her time helping me to select lenses that were best for my prescription and appearance. I wouldnt normally write such a long review but this office visit was top notch! Thank you from beginning to end to Dr. Burr, Melody, Jamie, Kenneth, Ashley, Jahlisa,, Gina and Ayesha! You guys ROCK!

Friendly, efficient.Great Staff from the front desk to the technicians.Melody & Jamie up front are a joy and happy to help!I would recommend Dr. Tan to everyone. Its been years since I had a health care provider take time to talk to me and explain. He didnt just treat me like a number.Gina in the frames area was super helpful and made the process fun and easy!

I would like to express my gratitude to those individuals at Mann Eye Institute! From the front desk personnel Melody, Jamie & Ashley just to name a few. These ladies are friendly caring individuals that far exceeded my expectations! I truly applaud Dr. Andreas Gonzales & his surgical staff for the care & attention they provided to my spouse in our eye care emergency. Dr Gonzales & his surgical team took such great care of my loved one & kept me informed throughout the surgery. The patient is now feeling much better & on the way to recovery!
